Shipping:
Warped Kustoms will ship your order as soon as possible, usually same day or next business day. All orders are sent USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail. Once the item leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, we are no longer responsible for any delays or lost packages that may occur. Any address mistakes on the part of the customer(i.e. providing wrong street number or zip code or not including an apt number) Warped Kustoms is not responsible nor will ship any item again until the original item is recieved back to us. If you are paying with Paypal, we will only ship to the confirmed address on your Paypal account. We will NOT ship to the address on file. This is to protect both our customers and Warped Kustoms.
Delivery Times:
USPS Ground Mail - 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days
USPS Express - 1 business day

International Shipping:
All international orders are sent USPS Global Priority Mail and can take anywhere from 4-10 business days depending where you are in the world.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and custom fees and taxes. Warped Kustoms does not pick up any of those expenses.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns: We accept returns of original merchandise in original brand new condition. We reserve the right to inspect the item being returned to make sure that it is in the original condition prior to shipment. 10% re stocking fee will apply to all items returned. All re stocking fees must be picked up by the customer. Once the re stocking fee has been deducted from the original price, we will refund the balance left. All sales are final on all custom lettered headbands.
Exchanges: Exchanges may only be made on apparel. All apparel must be in packaging and have all tags attached, in original brand new condition. We reserve the right to inspect the item being exchanged to make sure it is in the original condition prior to shipment.
Headband and Sandana Care:
Warped Kustoms suggest hand washing all Headbands and Sandanas. By putting any Headband or Sandana into the washing machine you are running the risk of destroying it due to the high power of the washing machine cycle. If your headband is damaged due to a washing machine we do not take any responsibility and will not give you an exchange or refund on that Headband or Sandana.
Used Paintball Gear:
Warped Kustoms is not responsible in anyway for problems that may arise by using us to contact the owner of an item you are interested in. We assume no responsibility for items/payment that may not be received. Please look into if the person you are attempting to buy from has feedback on PBN or Ebay before hand. There is nothing we can do if you get ripped off, its not our responsibility and by looking for used paintball gear on Warped Kustoms, you are agreeing to all terms stated above and in our Policy.
Trend Clothing Co. Apparel:
All sales are final and no exchanges can be made. Please make sure you order the correct size. By purchasing you are agreeing to the no return or exchange policy that Warped Kustoms has taken on for Trend Clothing Co. Apparel. The only exception to this rule, is for damaged apparel upon receiving. If the garment is not in original packaging and worn or washed, we will not refund or exchanged.
